Not satisfied with our product? We promise full refund for the item.
- If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of size, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 15 days of receipt.
- You can initiate the returns by logging into your Hitkis Account.
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money
- For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
- Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.

Hitkis.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of information provided.
- Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
- You can return either the complete order or 1 or more items from the same.
- Please pack the products properly and paste/write the following address:

Next to NSIC office.
Please mention the Return Id on the packet.
Please ensure that the packet is well sealed before handing over to our pick-up executive.
Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
